Virtual Field Days

As events across the country are being cancelled and postponed in response to COVID-19, Agricology has plans to host our first ever series of virtual alternatives to our planned Field Days in collaboration with our partners. Each virtual field day will be focused on a particular sustainable or' agroecological' practice – bringing together farmers, farming organisations, researchers and advisors in conversation. These will be hosted and shared as free public webinars which are open to anyone.

Virtual Field Days will be led by a range of partner organisations including but not limited to:

  • Linking Environment And Farming (LEAF)
  • Farm & Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG)
  • Championing the Farmed Environment (CFE)
  • Duchy College
  • Rothamsted Research
  • The University of Reading
  • Organic Research Centre
  • Innovative Farmers

We are also working with other agricultural events that had been planned for this summer but are now looking to digital alternatives, including:

  • Cereals Live 2020
  • National Organic Combinable Crops 2020
